A photorealistic close-up of a Big Mac, Slurpee, and cheesy fries under dramatic, moody lighting. Grease glistens, condensation drips from the cup

Brothers and sisters, lend me your ears, for the Spirit has laid a heavy word upon my heart tonight!

I say unto you—GLUTTONY is the chain that binds this generation, the golden calf of our appetites, the idol we worship with greasy fingers and bloated bellies. Oh, you think it’s harmless? A Big Mac here, a Slurpee there, a mountain of cheesy fries drowning in molten shame—yet every bite is another brick in the wall between you and your God!

A close-up of a man’s face mid-bite, illuminated by harsh, cinematic lighting. His expression is consumed by urgency and satisfaction. A Big Mac is halfway into his mouth, sauce dripping onto his chin and fingers. Beads of sweat glisten on his flushed cheeks, emphasizing the heat and intensity of the moment. The background is dark and blurred, drawing all focus to the textures—grease, sweat, sauce, and skin.
The shame covers his heart like the grease covers his fingers.

For the Scripture warns us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, yet too many have turned the temple into a fast-food dumpster, piling it high with wrappers, sauces, and supersized sin! You cannot serve both God and your gut! You cannot walk the narrow road with a cup the size of a bucket sloshing with syrup and dye clutched in your hand!

The Devil smiles when you say, “I deserve this. I’ll just have one more.” Oh, he fattens his flock not with milk and honey, but with burgers and fries until the soul grows sluggish and the spirit too weary to pray.

So I thunder this warning: REPENT! Cast off the idols of processed comfort and sugar-drenched chains. Fast, not in starvation, but in self-control! Fill your cup not with Slurpees, but with living water! Feast not on cheesy fries, but on the Word of God!

Do not be ruled by your belly—let your belly be ruled by your faith! For the Lord does not call His children to crawl through life in a stupor of salt and grease, but to RISE UP, strong, lean, and burning with the fire of righteousness!

I say again—Rise Up!
